3. Booking and Payment
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled photo session. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or PayPal.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled session if requested at least 48 hours prior to the original session date.

5. Image Usage Rights
Alycia Faye Photography retains the copyright of all images taken. You are granted a license to print and share the images for personal use. Commercial use of the images is not permitted without prior written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary information to Alycia Faye Photography ahead of time and ensuring all parties involved in the photo session are present at the agreed time and location.

7. Limitation of Liability
Alycia Faye Photography will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise out of the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms
Alycia Faye Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Alycia Faye Photography operates.
